REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 15

Voting on same day throughout Australia

                   Subject to sections 42 and 43, the voting at a referendum shall be taken throughout Australia on the day appointed by the writ for the referendum for taking the votes of the electors.
