REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 107
Procedure on petition The procedure in relation to a petition disputing the validity
of a referendum or of a return or statement shall, subject to this Act, be as
prescribed by Rules of Court or, in default of Rules of Court, as directed by
the High Court.
