REFERENDUM (MACHINERY PROVISIONS) ACT 1984 - SECT 104
Inquiries by High Court In hearing a matter arising under this Part, the High Court may
inquire into the identity of persons, and whether or not the votes of persons
were improperly admitted or rejected, but the High Court shall not inquire
into the correctness of any Roll.
