Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an inspector, during a search of premises, believes on reasonable grounds that there is at the premises a human embryo, another embryo, a human egg or a thing that may afford evidence of the commission of an offence against this Act, the monitoring powers include securing the embryo, the egg or the thing pending the obtaining of a warrant (whether by the inspector or by another person) to seize it.
