RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) (CHARGE) ACT 2000 - SECT 5

Imposition

                   The charge that is payable under the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 is imposed by this section under the name of renewable energy shortfall charge.

6  Rates of charge

             (1)  The rate of charge is $65 per MWh.
