RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 9

Who can register

             (1)  Any person may be registered under this Act.

             (2)  However, if a person's registration has been suspended under section 30 or 30A, the person cannot be registered during the period of the suspension.
