RENEWABLE ENERGY (ELECTRICITY) ACT 2000 - SECT 4
Years to which this Act applies This Act applies to the year commencing on 1 January 2001
and to all subsequent years. However, no certificates can be created, and no
liability arises, in respect of electricity generated on or after 1
January 2031.
