Acts or omissions on different days to constitute separate offences Where any person has on any day done or omitted to do something,
and the person's act or omission amounts to an offence against section
3 or 6, and does or omits to do the same thing at any hearing of the
Commission held on some other day, each such act or omission shall be a
separate offence.
