RESERVE BANK ACT 1959 - SECT 68
Consultants and other people engaged to perform services(1) The Bank may engage consultants, or other people, that are suitably qualified to provide advice to it or perform services for it.
(2) The terms and conditions of engagement (including as to remuneration) are to be determined by the Bank.
