RESERVE BANK ACT 1959 - SECT 34

Issue, re-issue and cancellation of notes

             (1)  Subject to this Act, the Bank may:

                     (a)  issue Australian notes;

                     (b)  re‑issue Australian notes; and

                     (c)  cancel Australian notes.

             (2)  Australian notes shall be printed by, or under the authority of, the Bank.
