Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which are required or permitted to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and in particular making provision in relation to the convening of, and proceedings at, meetings of the Trust, including provision with respect to a quorum, voting and the decision of questions arising, at those meetings.
