RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1992 - SECT 112
Guidelines relating to conditions etc.(1) The ACMA may, by legislative instrument, make guidelines:
(a) that it is to apply in exercising its powers under sections 107, 108 and 111; or
(b) for the purposes of paragraph 108(3)(a).
(2) In exercising its powers under sections 107, 108 and
111, the ACMA must comply with any relevant guidelines that are in force.
