Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of this Act, a person or thing is taken to have been exposed to another person or to a thing if the first‑mentioned person or thing has been, or is likely to have been:
(a) in physical contact with; or
(b) in close proximity to; or
(c) exposed to contamination, infestation or infection from;
the other person or thing or a person or thing to which the other person or thing is taken by this subsection to have been exposed.
(2) In this section:
"thing" includes any vessel, installation, premises, vehicle or goods.
