Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf the Director of Quarantine receives any advice from the Environment Minister within 28 days after the notice requesting the advice was given to the Environment Minister in accordance with section 11C, the Director must:
(a) ensure that the advice is taken into account in making the relevant decision; and
(b) inform the Environment Minister in writing as to how the advice was taken into account.
