Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a Director of Quarantine gives to the Environment Minister a notice in accordance with section 11C requesting advice as to a matter, the Environment Minister may give written advice to the Director about that matter.
(2) Any such advice is to be given within 28 days after the notice was given.
