PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE ACT 1969 - SECT 21
Power to summon witnesses(1) The Chair or a member authorized by the Committee by resolution may summon a person to appear before the Committee to give evidence and to produce such documents (if any) as are referred to in the summons.
(2) The summons may be in accordance with the prescribed form.
(3) The summons may be served upon the person to whom it is
addressed either personally or by being left at, or sent by post to, his or
her usual place of business or of abode.
