PETROLEUM (TIMOR SEA TREATY) ACT 2003 - SECT 20
Amendment of assessments for 2001-2002 year of income
Section 170 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 does not prevent the
amendment of an assessment made for the 2001-2002 year of income for the
purposes of giving effect to this Part.
