PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 316
Governing laws Part 7.2 (Australian laws and those of other
jurisdictions) applies only in relation to security interests in collateral
(other than transitional security interests) that arise at or after the
registration commencement time.
