PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 203
Deputy Registrar--termination(1) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a Deputy Registrar by written instrument.
(2) The appointment of a Deputy Registrar is terminated if the Deputy Registrar stops being engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 for any reason.
