PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 - SECT 198
Registrar--resignation(1) The Registrar may resign by writing signed by him or her and given to the Minister.
(2) The resignation takes effect on the day it is received by
the Minister or, if a later day is specified in the resignation, on that later
day.
