PAID PARENTAL LEAVE ACT 2010 - SECT 87
Payment of arrears--extending continuous flexible period after review(1) The Secretary must pay a person each instalment that is taken to have become payable to the person under section 92A.
(2) The Secretary must pay the instalments as soon as
practicable after the Secretary becomes required to pay the instalments.
