PAID PARENTAL LEAVE ACT 2010 - SECT 281

  (1)   The Secretary may, in writing, appoint a person (including a body corporate) to be the correspondence nominee of another person for the purposes of parental leave pay.

Note:   The Secretary must make the appointment in accordance with section   282.

  (2)   An appointment made under subsection   (1) is not a legislative instrument.
