Internal review--own - initiative review and tribunal review The Secretary must give the Registrar of the AAT written notice
of a decision under subsection 203(4) if, when the Secretary makes the
decision, an application has been made to the AAT for review in relation to
the decision that was reviewed by the Secretary.
