PAID PARENTAL LEAVE ACT 2010 - SECT 201

    The operation of a provision creating a debt under this Part (except for section   171) extends to:

  (a)   acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia, whether or not in a foreign country; and

  (b)   all persons, irrespective of their nationality or citizenship.

Note:   Section   171 provides for debts under the Data - matching Program (Assistance and Tax) Act 1990 .
