PAID PARENTAL LEAVE ACT 2010 - SECT 115
Notice of other decisions The PPL rules may provide for the Secretary, in particular
circumstances, to give a person a notice containing the information prescribed
by the PPL rules in relation to those circumstances, if this Chapter does not
otherwise provide for the Secretary to give the person a notice in those
circumstances.
