PROTECTION OF THE SEA (PREVENTION OF POLLUTION FROM SHIPS) ACT 1983 - SECT 4
Act to bind Crown(1) This Act binds the Crown in each of its capacities.
(2) This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
(3) Subsection (2) does not affect any liability of any
officer, employee or agent of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory to
be prosecuted for an offence.
