Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by writing signed by him or her, certify that a document set out in, or annexed to, the certificate:
(a) sets out the terms of the 1973 Convention; or
(b) sets out the terms of the 1978 Protocol;
and such a certificate is, for all purposes, prima facie evidence of the matters so certified.
