PROTECTION OF THE SEA (PREVENTION OF POLLUTION FROM SHIPS) ACT 1983 - SECT 26BCA
Interpretation Unless the contrary intention appears, an expression that is
used in this Division and in Annex IV to the Convention (whether or not a
particular meaning is given to it by that Annex) has, in this Division, the
same meaning as in that Annex.
