PROTECTION OF THE SEA (PREVENTION OF POLLUTION FROM SHIPS) ACT 1983 - SECT 2
Commencement(1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into
operation on such respective dates as are fixed by Proclamation.
