PUBLIC ORDEU(PROTECTION OF PERSONS AND PROPERTY) ACT 1971 - SECT 13H
Regulations
The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters:
- (a)
- required
or permitted to be prescribed for the purposes of this Part; or
- (b)
- necessary
or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Part;
and, in particular, providing for the dealing with information given by a
person in response to a requirement made under this Part.
