PROTECTION OF MOVABLE CULTURAL HERITAGE ACT 1986 - SECT 25

             (1)   There is hereby established the National Cultural Heritage Account.

             (2)   The Account is a Special Account for the purposes of the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 .
