Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A permit granted under section 10 or 10A shall be in writing in the prescribed form, or if no form is prescribed, the form approved by the Minister.
(2) A permit granted under section 10 or 10A comes into force on the date on which it is granted and remains in force for an indefinite period or for a period specified in the permit.
