PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 304
Effect of registration(1) An * interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory under this Division may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a * restraining order made at the time of registration.
(2) This Act (other than sections 33, 42 to 45A, 142, 169
and 179SA, Division 5 of Part 2 - 1, Part 2 - 3 and
Division 4 of Part 4 - 1) applies in relation to an *
interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory
under this Division as it applies in relation to a * restraining order.
