PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 2002 - SECT 12

Act to bind Crown

             (1)  This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each of the States and each of the * self‑governing Territories.

             (2)  This Act does not make the Crown liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
