PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1987 - SECT 87
Effect of registration(1) An interstate restraining order registered in the Supreme Court of a Territory may be enforced in the Territory as if it were a restraining order made under section 43 at the time of registration.
(2) This Act (other than sections 30, 31, 47, 48, 49, 50,
56 and 57) applies to an interstate restraining order registered in the
Supreme Court of a Territory as it applies to a restraining order made under
section 43.
