A person who makes an application under section 48 in relation to
a restraining order shall give written notice of that application to each
other person who is entitled, by virtue of subsection 48(2), to make an
application under section 48 in relation to the restraining order.
(2)
A person who makes an application under section 56 in relation to
a restraining order shall give written notice of that application, to:
(a) the DPP; and
(b) where the order directed the Official Trustee to take control of
property—the Official Trustee.
