Subject to subsection (2), where a restraining order is made
against a person’s property, the DPP shall give the person written
notice of the order.
(2)
Where:
(a) a court makes a restraining order; and
(b) the court is satisfied that it would be in the public interest to
delay giving notice of the order to a person;
the court may order that giving
the person notice of the restraining order be delayed for such period as is
specified in the order under the subsection and the DPP shall give the person
notice of the restraining order as soon as practicable after the end of the
period specified.
