PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 35

Commonwealth to be reimbursed for refunds of levy [see Note 2]

                   Where a levy is attached to an R&D Corporation, the Corporation must pay to the Commonwealth amounts equal to the amounts of any refunds paid by the Commonwealth in respect of amounts of levy of the kind referred to in paragraph 30(1)(a).
