PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 34

                   Where a levy is attached to an R&D Corporation, the Corporation must pay to the Commonwealth amounts equal to the expenses incurred by the Commonwealth in relation to:

                     (a)  the collection or recovery of amounts of the kind referred to in paragraph 30(1)(a) or 30A(1)(a) that are receivable by the Commonwealth under the Collection Act for that levy; and

                     (b)  the administration of paragraph 30(1)(a) or 30A(1)(a) in respect of that levy.
