PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 44

  (1)   Subject to section   45, the staff of the Commission are to be engaged under the Public Service Act 1999 .

  (2)   For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999 :

  (a)   the Chair and the APS employees assisting the Chair together constitute a Statutory Agency; and

  (b)   the Chair is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
