PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 42
Delegation by ChairThe Chair may, in writing, delegate all or any of the Chair's powers and functions under this Act to a member.
Note: Sections 34AA, 34AB and 34A of the
Acts Interpretation Act 1901 set out general rules governing delegation of
powers and functions.
