PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 33
Resignation of member(1) A Commissioner may resign by giving the Governor - General a signed notice of resignation.
(2) An Associate Commissioner may resign by giving the Minister
a signed notice of resignation.
