PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 29
Leave of absence for full - time members(1) A full - time member has the recreation leave entitlements that are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) The Minister may grant a full - time member leave of absence (other than recreation leave) on the terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise that the Minister determines.
(3) The Minister may, by written instrument, delegate to the
Chair the Minister's powers under subsection (2) (other than powers
in relation to the Chair).
