PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 27
Outside employment(1) A full - time member must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office, except with the Minister's consent.
(2) A part - time member must not engage in paid employment
that, in the Minister's opinion, conflicts with the proper performance of
the member's duties.
