Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister directs the Commission to provide secretariat services or research services to a government body, the direction must be in writing.
(2) The Minister may, in writing, specify conditions on which the Commission is to provide the services.
