PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 - SECT 14
Notice of hearings Before the Commission begins to hold hearings for the purposes
of an inquiry, it must give reasonable notice, by publishing a notice in a
manner that results in the notice being accessible to the public and
reasonably prominent, of its intention to hold the hearings, the subject of
the hearings and the time and place at which the first of the hearings is to
be begun.
