Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, in the opinion of the Secretary, an organisation has facilities suitable for the storage of plant specimens, the Secretary may, by notice in writing, declare the organisation to be the herbarium for the purposes of this Act.
