PLANT BREEDER'S RIGHTS ACT 1994 - SECT 62
Inspection of Register(1) A person may inspect the Register at any reasonable time.
(2) A person is entitled, on payment of such fee (if any) as is prescribed, to be given a copy of an entry in the Register.
(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), a reference to an
entry in the Register does not include a reference to the Registrar's List
of Plant Classes or to any part of that list.
