PATENTS ACT 1990 - SECT 56A
Publication and inspection of PCT applications(1) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to the public inspection of PCT applications.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may make provision for and in relation to:
(a) notices regarding the opening of complete specifications relating to PCT applications to public inspection; and
(b) the circumstances in which PCT applications become open to
public inspection.
