PATENTS ACT 1990 - SECT 53
Publication of certain information about applicants etc.(1) If a patent application (other than a PCT application) is made, the Commissioner must publish in the Official Journal the prescribed information about the applicant and the application.
(2) The regulations may make provision for and in relation to
the publication of information relating to PCT applications.
